Extended Computer-Telephony Integration


The UniCTI application is designed to facilitate the integration of computer and telephony networks in companies. The current version stores the company customers' database, capable of identifying incoming and initiating outgoing calls. The new version implements the customer service history documentation, so the application started to evolve  towards becoming a fully functional customer management system. It will soon be capable of exchanging documents between the company employees.

In terms of the computer and telephony integration all features of the  previous version  are still supported. Moreover, the following elements have been added or extended:
